Wondering if you might have Autism?

Maybe you’ve wondered for years—Is this Autism, or am I just “different”? You feel like you don’t quite fit. Social interactions can feel exhausting. Small talk feels unnatural. Sensory overload (noise, lights, textures) wears you out. You’ve learned to “mask” around others, but it’s draining as hell.

Maybe others have suggested it. Maybe you’ve taken online quizzes or gone down rabbit holes on Google more than once. But you’ve never gotten real, needed answers.

Sound familiar? Here are some common Autism struggles:

  • You feel “out of step” in conversations and struggle with unspoken social cues

  • You need downtime after social situations to recover from exhaustion

  • You get sensory overload from sounds, lights, textures, or smells, and feel overwhelmed a lot of the time

  • You focus intensely on specific things, sometimes at the expense of everything else

  • You feel like you’re performing a version of yourself just to fit in

  • You wonder why you experience the world differently than other people

If this resonates, take a deep breath and read the next part twice:

You’re not broken. You might just have Autism.
